  • I had a really profound experience in your Breathwork group as I didn't know what to expect. I was able to release so much and really let myself go to my surprise. I had never experienced this release before of old burdens and not feeling enough! I had no idea that I was still holding on to so much stuff in my life. It felt like I was in such a loving and safe space and was lovingly guided through my experience. I felt so calm afterwards and so much lighter.   • As a facilitator, Matthew is exceptional. Feeling safe and allowing someone to hold space for you can be difficult, but not with Matthew. Matthew let my body and breathing take me to where I needed to work. He has a unique skill to hear what I am not voicing but what my body and mind needed. Thank you for somehow being able to make me feel safe and allowing me to let go and having the intuition to know when to push and when not to. The last few years have been tough for me. Continuing to hold things together whilst physically and mentally struggling while trying to recover, starting a new life while grieving for the old life. My session with Matt, although not known, was about letting go and allowing myself to be in my body and heal. It’s incredibly easy to put on a smile, keep calm and carry on. Meanwhile, our body stores our grief and pain. Not many people have witnessed me cry, the locked tears and memory that had been hidden for 3 years were released. I got out of my head and allowed myself to cry and remember.  It was witnessed. It was seen. It was honoured. When we let go of our grief and pain, we make room for beautiful things to grow. I’m very grateful to have had Matt facilitate the session, to breathe together and to hold a safe space allowing me to open and heal.
